中药湿敷联合生化汤剂治疗产后会阴水肿的疗效观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of hydropathic compress with Chinese herbal medicine and Shenghua decoction in treatment of postpartum perineal edema.Methods A total of 80 puerperae after natural parturition were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given hydropathic compress with iodophor disinfectant, and the treatment group was given hydropathic compress with Chinese herbal medicine and oral administration of Shenghua decoction. The degree of pain at perineal area and perineal edema were evaluated before and 48 hours after treatment.Results Scores in assessment of perineal pain and edema by numeric rating scale were decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.01), and were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The efficacy rate of perineal pain and edema remission were higher in the treatment group than those of controls, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydropathic compress with Chinese herbal medicine combined Shenghua decoction is potentially effective to relieve the postpartum perineal edema.
