[摘要] Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of improved emergency nursing path on the clinical outcome and comfortable degree of patients with stroke. Methods A total of 64 patients with stroke were randomly divided into control group (n=32) and observation group (n=32). Patients in the control group were treated by the traditional emergency nursing path, while patients in the observation group were treated by the improved emergency nursing path. The clinical outcome, the scores of physiological status, psychological status, social culture and environment were observed in both groups. Results After nursing, the comfort scores of physiological status, psychological status, social cultural and environmental were (2.56±7.17), (73.54±6.62), (75.69±5.43) and (85.47±542) in the observation group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The time of admission to diagnosis and time of diagnosis to treatment were (16.84±3.67), (23.65±7.38) min, mortality and total mortality were 3.13%, 3.13% within 48 hours, and there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Improved emergency nursing path has positive effects on improving clinical outcomes, reducing mortality and improving the comfortable degree of patients with stroke.
