全程护理干预在小儿麻疹合并重症肺炎中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of whole course nursing in children with measles complicated by severe pneumonia.  Methods This study included 93 children with measles complicated by severe pneumonia, randomly divided into the observation group (n=47) and the control group (n=46). The control group was given conventional nursing care and the observation group was applied with whole course nursing intervention. The excellent rate of treatment and degree of satisfaction in parents were compared between two groups. Results The excellent rate of treatment was 89.36%(42/47) in the observation group and was 69.56% in the control group(32/46), with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The parents of observation group achieved a higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with those of the control group (97.87% vs. 73.91%, P＜0.01). Conclusion The whole course nursing can improve the treatment effect in children with measles complicated by severe pneumonia, and improve the nursing satisfaction rate.
