综合护理干预联合出院健康教育在尿结石患者中的应用效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with health education after discharge for patients with urinary calculi. Methods A total of 300 patients with urinary calculi were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with the 150 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing care and the study group was applied with comprehensive nursing combined with health education after discharge. The duration of pain and hematuria remission, as well as recurrence rate of urinary calculus, was observed. The disease awareness and nursing satisfaction of patients were assessed. Results The duration of pain and hematuria remission were shorter in study group than those in control group (P＜0.05). Scores referring to knowledge control assessment of risk factors, clinical symptom, complication, nutrition requirement and exercise requirement were higher in the study group than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The study group had a lower recurrence rate of urinary calculus (4.67% vs. 12.67%, P＜0.05) and higher satisfaction rate (93.33% vs. 83.33%, P＜0.05) compared with the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with health education is effective to improve the disease awareness and nursing satisfaction, and to reduce the recurrence risk of urinary calculus in patients with urinary calculi.
