预见性护理在脑损伤非手术治疗患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing intervention on head pain of brain injury patient with nonoperative treatment.Methods A total of 80 cases brain injury patients with nonsurgical treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing care, and the observation group was treated with predictive nursing intervention. The degree of headache and duration of headache were compared between 2 groups. Results The  observation group had a lower degree of headache degree and a shorter duration of pain compared with the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can shorten the duration of headache and reduce the degree of headache in brain injury patients with nonoperative treatment.
