“360”健康教育模式在新生儿巨结肠保守治疗中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To evaluate the “360” health education mode in the conservative treatment for neonates with hirschsprung disease. Methods A total of 43 neonates with conservative therapy for hirschsprung disease from Jan 2014 to Dec 2014 were included as the observation group. The clinical data of another 41 neonates (as the control group) from Jan 2013 to Dec 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, as the control group. The control group was given conventional health education, and the observation group was applied with “360” health education mode. Nursing ability of parents, general condition of neonates and enterocolitis morbidity before operation were compared between two groups. Results The overall score in assessment of nursing ability was (91.22±1.93) in parents of the observation group and was (76.83±2.39) in parents of the control group (P<0.01). Before the operation, the observation group had younger age, less weight and lower levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) , but higher nutritional score, compared with the control group (P<0.05) . The enterocolitis morbidity was 2.32% in the observation group, which was significant lower than 19.51% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The “360” health education was operated by doctors, nurses and the patients cooperatively. It can improve the domestic nursing ability of parents and provides foundation for late surgical treatment of neonates with hirschsprung disease.
