综合护理干预在预防门诊患者PICC置管相关并发症中的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing measures in prevention of periplherally inserted central catheter(PICC)related complications in outpatients.Methods A total of 86 patients with PICC were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care at dressing change stage, while the comprehensive nursing measures were carried out in the observation group. The incidence of complications and satisfaction degree of patients to nursing service were compared between two groups.Results The observation group had a lower incidence of complications and higher satisfaction rate compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the risk of PICC related complications and improve the nursing satisfaction rate in outpatients.
