优化急救护理流程应用于急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者救治的效果分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of optimized emergency care process on the treatment of patients with acute STsegment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 103 patients with acute STsegment elevation myocardial infarction were selected. The control group was given routine emergency care process, while the observation group was given optimized emergency care process. Treatment time and the treatment effect were compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, the first aid arrival time, treatment time, gate to ball time in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05). Two hours after the first aid, pain relief rate, STsegment drop rate and myocardial enzyme spectrum rate in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Optimized emergency care process can shorten the time of call for help to treatment at all stages and increase the effect of first aid in the treatment of patients with acute STsegment elevation myocardial infarction.
