PDCA循环在脑卒中住院患者康复护理安全管理中应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle on the safety management for rehabilitation nursing of hospitalized patients with stroke. Methods A total of 120 discharged patients with conventional safety management for rehabilitation nursing were randomly divided into control group (n=60) and observation group (n=60). Control group was given routine nursing and enhanced safety management for rehabilitation nursing, while observation group was given the PDCA cycle for safety management of rehabilitation nursing. Management effect was compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of nursing adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction degree of third party was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Application of PDCA cycle in the safety management for rehabilitation nursing of hospitalized patients with stroke can reduce incidence rate of nursing adverse events, ensure safety of patient and improve satisfaction degree of the third party.
