手术室责任小组对手术患者进行整体护理的效果探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention provided by responsibility group for patients undergoing surgical treatment. Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing surgical treatment were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 55 cases in each group. Both groups were given routing nursing care and the holistic nursing intervention provided by responsibility group was performed in the observation group. The outcome of Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), treatment compliance and nursing quality assessment were compared between two groups. The complication and satisfaction degree to nursing service in both groups were observed. Results The HAMA, HAMD and treatment compliance were improved in both two groups after intervention, and the observation group achieved a better outcome of HAMA, HAMD and treatment compliance compared with the control group (P＜0.05). the observation group had a higher nursing satisfaction rate and lower incidence of complications compared with the control group (P＜0.05). the score of each index of nursing quality assessment was higher in the observation group than that of controls (P＜0.01). Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention provided by responsibility group can effectively improve mental status of surgical patients, and to reduce the risk of complication after operation.
