早产儿腹壁静脉留置针穿刺的护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the nursing for premature infants with abdominal indwelling needle puncture. Methods Clinical materials of 40 premature infants with abdominal indwelling needle puncture were analyzed retrospectively, and the nursing key points of abdominal indwelling needle puncture were summarized. Results The mean time of abdominal indwelling needle puncture was (2.09±1.27) minutes and total indwelling time was (6.26±1.03) days. The onetime successful puncture rate was 90.00% (36/40). There were 3 infants with complications (7.50%). Nursing key points were heat preservation, strict aseptic operation, avoid of unnecessary injury and correct sealing procedure. Conclusion Abdominal indwelling needle puncture can effectively shorten establishment time of intravenous infusion and reduce the vascular injury caused by repeated puncture.
