自制伤科黄药水在静脉输液外渗致局部软组织损伤中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of self-made yellow potion in local soft tissue injury caused by extravasations of intravenous infusion fluids. Methods A total of 120 patients with local soft tissue injury caused by extravasations of intravenous infusion fluids were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=60) and the control group (n=60). The control group was given hydropathic compress with 50% magnesium sulfate, while the treatment group was applied with hydropathic compress with selfmade yellow potion. The time of swelling subsided, frequency of dressing change and nursing efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The treatment group had a shorter time of swelling subsided and lower frequency of dressing change compared with the control group (P<0.05). The overall nursing effective rate was 96.67%(58/60) in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 78.33%(47/60) in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The selfmade yellow potion shows significant analgesic and detumescence effect on treatment of patients with local soft tissue injury caused by extravasations.
