心理护理减轻首次单采血小板献血者献血反应的效果分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on reducing blood donation reaction of blood donors with first single collection of platelet. Methods A total of 200 blood donors with first single collection of platelet were selected, and they were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given psychological nursing intervention. Adverse psychological reactions, blood donation reactions and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results Incidence of fear in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P＜0.05). In the experimental group, tension and total incidence rate of adverse mental reactions were significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.01). In the experimental group, total incidence rate of blood donation reactions was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). In the experimental group, nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion The psychological nursing is effective in reducing the blood donation reactions of blood donors with first single collection of platelet.
