过渡期护理模式在促进全髋关节置换患者术后康复中的应用效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of transitional care model (TCM) on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing total hip replacement (THR). Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing THR were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing care and the observation group was applied with TCM. The incidence of complications and improvement in hip function and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results At the end of the followup, the Harris scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those at discharge(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01), and were increased more significantly in the observation group than those of controls (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The short  form 36 health survey questionnaire (SF36) score of two groups were higher than those at discharge (P＜0.05or P＜0.01), and were increased more significantly in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The excellent and good rate of observation group was 95.00% in the observation group and was 77.50% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). The observation group reached higher disease awareness (100.0% vs. 60.00%) and satisfaction rate (97.50% vs. 65.00%) compared with the control group (P＜0.05). there was no significant difference in incidence of complication between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusions TCM can effectively improve the recovery of hip function and quality of life for the patients treated by THR.
