延伸性护理服务对痛风患者饮食依从性及疾病认知状态的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of the extended nursing service on dietary compliance and disease awareness of patients with gout. Methods A total of 118 patients with gout were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 59 cases in each group. Both of two groups received conventional nursing care and the extended nursing intervention was applied in the study group additionally. The dietary compliance and disease awareness of patients with gout were compared in the two groups 6 months after nursing intervention. Results In terms of dietary compliance, scores in assessment of dietary distribution,  diet control plan, calculation of purines content and eating program according to food exchange scale were significant higher in the study group than those in the control group (P＜0.05). In terms of disease awareness, scores in assessment of risk factor, precipitating factor, complication and selfnursing were significant higher in the study group than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The extended nursing service can improve the dietary compliance and disease awareness of patients with gout.
