腹腔镜胆囊切除术应用中西医结合护理的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 88 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 44 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care, and the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was performed in the observation group. The satisfaction of patients to nursing service was evaluated by self-made questionnaires. The incidence of complications, time for dieting, time for anal exhaust, time for ambulation and length of stay were compared between two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction rate was 97.73%(43/44)in the observation group and was 81.82%(36/44)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). the incidence of complications was 2.27%(1/44)in the observation group and was 18.18%(8/44)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had early time for dieting, early time for anal exhaust, early time for ambulation and shorter length of stay compared with those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to carry out nursing measures of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
