护理风险管理在重症监护室中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing risk management in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods A total of 80 patients with intensive medical treatment in ICU were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional intensive care, and the observation group was given nursing risk management. The nursing satisfaction of patients and incidence of risk events were compared between two groups. Results The patients in the observation group had a higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with that of controls (100.0% vs. 82.5%, P＜0.05). The incidence of risk events was 2.5% in the conservation group and was 20.0% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk management is potentially effective to reduce risk of risk events and improve nursing satisfaction of patients in ICU.
