综合护理在糖尿病足患者护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the comprehensive nursing interventions in patients with diabetic foot. Methods A total of 50 patients with diabetic foot were included in this study between November 2015 and February 2016. All patients received comprehensive nursing interventions on mental health education, foot care, exercise, dietary and discharge instruction. Results Of 50 patients available for evaluation, 37 cases with wound healing , 11 cases with improved conditions. There were 2 patients with nonhealing wound after treatment, in which one case received amputation treatment and another quitted to continuous treatment. The nursing satisfaction was 90.00 %( 45/50). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction rate of patients with diabetic foot.
