老年患者人工髋关节置换术围手术期康复护理探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the rehabilitation nursing management on elderly patients with hip arthroplasty in perioperative period and to investigate its effect on  improvement of activity of daily living (ADL). Methods The clinical data of 36 elderly patients with hip arthoplasty were collected. The modified Barthel index was performed to assess the ADL of patients before and after treatment. Results Of 36 patients, 14 cases with critically severe functional defect and another 22 cases with severe functional defect. After systematic nursing and rehabilitation management, there were 2 cases with moderate functional defect, 15 cases with mild functional defect and 19 cases with normal ADL. At 6 months after operation , there were 5 cases with mild functional defect, 29 cases with normal ADL and 2 cases with severe functional defect caused by other disease. Conclusion The elderly patients could  benefit from systematic rehabilitation nursing management in early stage of perioperative period, which can help Hip function reconstruction and improve the ADL of patients.
