胃肠道手术患者术后急性精神障碍原因分析及护理对策

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the cause of postoperative acute mental disorders in patients with gastrointestinal surgery and related nursing measures. Methods Clinical data of 180 patients with gastrointestinal operation were reviewed. Causes of postoperative acute mental disorders and related nursing strategies were summarized. Results There were 21 patients(11.6%) with acute mental disorders after gastrointestinal surgery. Psychological intervention, restricting measure and pain control were applied to those with mild symptoms and antipsychotics were administrated to those with severe symptoms. All the patients were recovered after treatment. Conclusion The related factors of postoperative acute mental disorders may include the age, type of surgery, diet and sleeping quality. The preoperative risk evaluation, mental communication and postoperative comprehensive nursing are key measures to prevent acute mental disorders in patients after gastrointestinal surgery.
