全髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成预防及护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing measures in prevention of deep venous thrombosis after total hip joint replacement.Methods To retrospectively collect the clinical data, prognosis of disease, follow-up data and nursing records of 55 patients undergoing total hip joint replacement.Results All patients were recovered and discharged from hospital. There was no patient with deep venous thrombosis after three months follow-up.Conclusion It is necessary to carry out high quality nursing measures for patient with total hip joint replacement, in order to promote the rehabilitation and reduce the risk of deep venous thrombosis.
