伤口小组在构建压疮监控体系中的应用与实践

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application and practice of wounds management group in building supervision system on pressure sores.Methods Efforts were made on building the supervision system on pressure sores and wounds management group, making supervision and reporting procedure for pressure sores and inevitable pressure sore, organizing training, creating system of rewards and penalties.Results After building the supervision system, the rate of risk assessment was 60.0%(8419/14 032), the report rate of inevitable pressure sore was 100%(35/35), the incidence of nosocomial pressure sore was 5.7%(2/35)and the effective rate of treatment was 82.6%(19/23)in year 2014. The rate of risk assessment was 100.0%(15 507/15 507), the report rate of inevitable pressure sore was 109.0%(145/133), the incidence of nosocomial pressure sore was 2.3%(3/133)and the effective rate of treatment was 95.5%(42/44)in year 2015.Conclusion It is necessary to build supervision system on pressure sores, in a purpose of promoting preventive quality on pressure sores.
