探讨认知行为干预对维持血液透析患者生活质量的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on quality of life in patient with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30). The control group was treated with conventional nursing, while the observation group was given cognitive behavioral intervention additionally. The CQOLI74 was used to assess the quality of life in both groups. Results The scores of physical, mental and social functions in CQOLI74 increased significantly in both groups after intervention, and these indexes were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of the convention nursing, the cognitive behavioral intervention can effectively improve quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
