中重度癌痛患者应用芬太尼透皮贴剂的效果分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of fentanyl transdermal patch in nursing care of patient with moderate or severe cancer pain. Methods A total of 102 patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 51 cases in each group. Both of two groups received conventional nursing care and the fentanyl transdermal patch was applied in observation group. The pain relief, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between two groups after intervention. Results The effective rate and control rate of pain relief in the observation group were higher than those of controls at 6 days and 9 days after intervention, respectively(P＜0.05) . In assessing quality of life, patients in observation group achieved higher score in appetite, sleeping quality, mental status, daily life, fatigue, family support compared with those of controls(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The incidence of nausea, vomiting, constipation and dysuria were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Fentanyl transdermal patch can relief pain and improve quality of life in patients with moderate or severe cancer pain.
