穴位贴敷对乳腺癌化疗患者恶心呕吐反应的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint sticking on nausea and vomiting of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods A total of 80 breast cancer patients with chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group was given acupoint sticking based on the control group. Nausea, vomiting and life quality were compared. Results The severity of nausea and appetite on the seventh day of chemotherapy in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the duration of nausea was shorter than that in the control group, delayed emesis control rate was higher than that in the control group, the incidence rates of constipation, dizziness was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The life quality of physiological conditions, emotional status, functional status after one cycle of chemotherapy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint sticking can reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting in breast cancer chemotherapy, and improve the quality life.
