综合护理干预在普外科手术后镇痛中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in postoperative analgesia for patients with general surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing general surgery were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was given routing nursing care, and the study group was given comprehensive nursing interventions. The postoperative analgesic effect and satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two groups.Results The postoperative pain degree of patients in both two groups were decreased with prolonged time of nursing intervention. There was no significant difference in postoperative analgesic effect between two groups(P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 98.00%(48/50)in the study group and was 84.00%(42/50)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the nursing satisfaction and relieve the postoperative pain in patients undergoing general surgery.
