全程优化护理在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中的应用体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of the whole course optimized nursing in the emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, the control group were treated with routine care, the patients in the experimental group Gasch full optimization of care compared two groups of patients overall rescue effect, clinical parameters associated with clinical events.Results The overall effect of rescue of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than control group (P<0.01); triage assessment time of patients in the experimental group, electrocardiography time, blood and time of Administration andemergency time was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01); the experimental group in patients with recurrent AMI and the incidence rate of nosocomial PCI again was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Full optimization of care can effectively improve the rescue effect of acute myocardial infarction, save unnecessary medical time, and reduce the adverse consequences of having a sexual reference.
