内镜中心日间病房的护理管理

[摘要] Abstract：The purpose of setting day-care unit is to supply high quality medical and nursing service according to the characteristic of specialist care and demands of patients. This study aims to analyze the status of sickbeds arrangement, staff allocation and characteristics of patients, and to provide improvement measures on admission and discharge management, nursing model and staff scheduling, and health education. After 9 months of practice, the efficacy of nursing management in day-care unit had been improved. More efforts should be paid on nursing administration pattern of day-care unit for endoscopic surgery.
