鼻内镜手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的术后护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the postoperative nursing measures in patients with fungal maxillary sinusitis(FMS)undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 50 FMS patients.Results All patients received nasal endoscopic surgery and were cured and discharged without postoperative complications.Conclusion It is necessary to carry out comprehensive nursing interventions focusing on posture adjustment, complication prevention and health education at discharge, in order to improve the rehabilitation.
