工娱治疗在精神病患者治疗中的应用效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of occupational and recreation treatment for patients with mental illness. Methods A total of 74 patients with mental illness were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 37 cases in each group. Both two groups received the antipsychotic drug treatment and the observation group was given occupational and recreation treatment. The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups, and the social function of patients was assessed by socialskills for psychiatric inpatients (SSPI). Results The overall effective rate was 91.9% in the observation group and was 62.2% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). The observation group reached a higher score of SSPI compared with the control group (375±6.9 vs. 25.6 ±7.8, P＜0.01). The score of life ability, social communication and social skills were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). Conclusion Occupational and recreation treatment can improve the condition and social function of patients with mental disease.
