呼吸重症监护患者深静脉穿刺置管并发症分析及护理对策

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the complication and nursing measures of deep vein catheterization in respiratory intensive care unit (RICU) critical patients. Methods To retrospectively collected the clinical data of 76 critical patients with deep vein catheterization, and to summarize the catheterrelated complications and nursing countermeasures. Results Of 76 cases, subclavian vein catheterization was performed in 18 cases, internal jugular vein catheterization was performed in 31 cases, femoral vein catheterization was performed in 27 cases. Fiftytwo cases were successfully punctured at the first time, and 14 cases had catheterrelated complications. Conclusion Nurses should carry out nursing measures to prevent possible complications in the process of deep vein catheterization among RICU critical patients .
