营养护理干预对同步放化疗患者营养免疫状况的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of nutritional nursing intervention on nutritional immunity status of patients with concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methods A total of 118 patients with malignant tumor were divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing measures, while patients in the observation group were given nutritional nursing intervention measures. Immune and nutritional indicators before and after intervention were compared between two groups. Results After intervention, the nutritional immunity status improved obviously in both groups, and were significantly better in the observation group than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Nutritional nursing intervention can help patients with chemoradiotherapy to improve their nutritional immunity status and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
