个体化护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者治疗依从性和心血管并发症的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing on treatment adherence and cardiovascular complication of diabetic nephropathy patients with continuous hemodialysis. Methods A total of 50 diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing continuous hemodialysis were randomly divided into the study group (n=24) and the control group (n=26). The control group was given conventional nursing care and the study group was received the individualized nursing intervention. The treatment adherence, clinical efficacy and incidence of cardiovascular complication were compared between two groups. Results The study group achieved better treatment adherence in body weight controlling and dialysis solution (P＜0.01). The serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were decreased in both of two groups after treatment, and were significant lower in the study group than those of controls (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The study group had lower incidence of hypotension, cardiac failure and arrhythmia compared with the control group between seventh and twelfth month of treatment period (P＜0.05). Conclusion The individualized nursing can improve the treatment adherence and reduce the risk of cardiovascular complication in diabetic nephropathy patients with continuous hemodialysis.
