品管圈活动对脑卒中患者康复训练及并发症的影响
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle (QCC) activities on the rehabilitation training and complications of patients with stroke. Methods A total of 80 stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given QCC activities management, while the control group was given routine rehabilitation management. Effects of rehabilitation training and complications before and after intervention were compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, the BI scores after 2 and 4 weeks of QCC activities were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in BI score before rehabilitation training between the two groups (P>0.05). In the observation group, the incidence rates of aspiration, hemiplegia, falls and unplanned extubation were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion QCC activities can significantly improve the selfcare ability in patients with stroke, improve the effect of rehabilitation training and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
