综合护理干预在产后乳房肿胀中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum breast swelling. Methods A total of 300 puerperae with postpartum breast swelling were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 150 cases in each group. Both two groups were given routing nursing care, and puerperae in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing interventions. The degree of breast pain and breast swelling were compared after intervention. Results Puerperae in the observation group hand a lower degree of breast swelling was lighter in compared with those of controls (P＜0.05). The score of breast pain assessment was （2.3±1.5）in the observation group and was（4.5±1.8）in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can effectively alleviate postpartum breast pain and breast swelling.
