索拉非尼对中晚期肝细胞肝癌患者近期生活质量影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the short-term quality of life in patients with middle-late hepatocellular carcinoma treated by sorafenib.Methods The quality of life among 36 cases of patients with oral sorafenib were investigated by questionnaire-C30(QLQ-C30)V3.0 of EORTC, and the changes in quality of life before and one month after treatment were compared.Results The overall score of EORTC QLQ-C30 in assessment of quality of life was decreased one month after treatment(P<0.01). Patients received a decreased score in social functioning, physical status, emotion, role functioning, appetite, constipation, diarrhea, and economic difficulties one month after treatment compared with those before treatment, with a significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The oral administration of sorafenib may affect the short-term quality of life in patients with middle-late hepatocellular carcinoma. It is required to take continuous nursing and set up support system, in order to enhance the patients' quality of life.
