下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓的预防性护理干预

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventions on prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in patients with lower limb fracture. Methods A total of 80 patients with lower limb fracture were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing and the experimental group was conducted with mental nursing, prevention of risk factors and functional training additionally. The incidence rate of DVT after operation and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of DVT after operation was 10.0% (4/40) in the experimental group, which was significantly lower than 22.5% (9/40) in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 95.0% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than 85.0% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of nursing interventions such as mental care, prevention of complications and functional training for patients with lower limb fracture can effectively reduce the incidence rate of postoperative DVT and improve the nursing satisfaction rate.
