自制腹部固定带对儿科中药热熨治疗依从性的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of selfmade abdominal fixed belt on treatment compliance to hot compress with medicinal herbs in pediatric patients. Methods A total of 30 pediatric patients with gastrointestinal discomfort were included in the control group from January 2014 to April 2014, another 30 pediatric patients with same treatment were selected as the observation group from January 2015 to April 2015. Both two groups were given hot compress with medicinal herbs, and the selfmade abdominal fixed belt was used in the observation group. The treatment compliance was compared between two groups. Results the treatment compliance rate was 73.3%(22/30) in the observation group and was 43.3%(22/30)in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜005). Conclusion Application of selfmade abdominal fixed belt can increase the treatment compliance to hot compress with medicinal herbs in pediatric patients.
