预见性护理在预防外科手术后下肢深静脉血栓中的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the value of predictive nursing in prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after surgery.Methods A total of 58 patients undergoing open surgery were assigned into the control group and the study group according to the admission number, with 29 patients in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care, and the predictive nursing interventions were carried out in the study group. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, score of venous patency before and after the operation and the blood flow velocity of the lower extremity were observed and compared between two groups.Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis was lower in the study group than that of controls(P<0.05). The venous patency score was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and was lower in the study group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The venous blood flow velocity was accelerated in both of two groups after intervention, and was higher in the study group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and to promote patency of lower extremity veins.
