耳穴贴压联合针对性出院指导在稳定期COPD患者治疗中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of auricular plaster therapy and targeted discharge guidance in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 56 stable COPD patients were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=29)and the control group(n=27). Both two groups received conventional nursing care, and the intervention group was given auricular plaster therapy combined targeted discharge guidance. The treatment compliance and improvement on symptom of cough were evaluated and compared between two groups at three months after discharge.Results Patients in the intervention group had higher treatment compliance in taking medicine on time and regular visiting compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). The overall efficacy rate was higher in the intervention group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of auricular plaster therapy and targeted discharge guidance can improve the treatment compliance and symptom of cough in stable COPD patients.
