80例老年耳鼻喉手术患者全麻术后卧位改良的临床效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To study clinical efficacy on postoperative supine improvement of 80 elderly patients with ear nose and throat surgery under general anesthesia. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with ear, nose and throat surgery were divided into control group (40 cases) and study group (40 cases) according to randomized double blind method.  The patients in the study group adopted improved horizontal position while the control group adopted the traditional posture. Results Adverse reaction rate in the study group was 5.0%(2/40), which was significantly lower than 42.5% (17/40) in the control group (P＜0.05). Recovery of blood oxygen saturation of patients in the study group after 10 minutes, 2 hours was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Postoperative supine improvement in elderly patients with ear, nose, and throat surgery under general anesthesia can promote blood effusion of wound, reduce postoperative adverse reaction, and maintain smooth breathing so as to help the patient's early recovery.
