双腔气囊导尿管行胸腔闭式引流的观察及护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observer the Clinical efficacy of double balloon catheter in closed thoracic drainage and to summarize the related nursing measures. Methods A total of 40 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax or hemopneumothorax were randomly divided into the control group and the observation, with 20 cases in each group. The closed thoracic drainage by using silicone tube was performed in the control group, while the closed thoracic drainage by using 18F or 20F balloon catheter was performed in the observation group. The postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications or adverse event were 6.7% in the observation group and was 13.3% in the control group, with no significant difference (P＞0.05). The observation group had a higher rate of nursing satisfaction on comfort compared with the control group (93.3% vs. 73.3%, P＜0.05). Conclusion It is safe and effective to use double balloon catheter in closed thoracic drainage. The systematic nursing intervention during whole operational period can reduce the risk of complication and improve the satisfaction rate of patients to nursing service. .
