早期介入康复训练及护理对脑卒中后患者并发吞咽功能障碍的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the impact of early intervention rehabilitation training and nursing on post-stroke patients with swallowing disorders. Methods A total of 62 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Routine care was given in the control group and the observation group was given early rehabilitation and nursing. Nursing effect and swallowing function score were compared. Results The response rate in the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in swallowing function scores in two groups (P>0.05); After 1week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks of treatment, swallowing function scores were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation and nursing for stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction has better nursing effect, and it can improve swallowing function.
