经尿道双频半导体激光前列腺剜除术与前列腺电切术的临床护理对照

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To compare the efficacy and nursing between transurethral enucleation of the prostate with dual frequency semiconductor laser and transurethral resection of prostate. Methods A total of 93 BPH patients were selected. In the 93 cases, 51 cases were treated with transurethral enucleation of the prostate with dual frequency semiconductor laser, and 42 cases were treated with transurethral resection of prostate (TURP). Clinical materials before operation, change rate of postoperative hemoglobin, change rate of sodium ion, operation time, bladder irrigation time, indwelling catheter time, hospital stay and service satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results Change rate of postoperative hemoglobin, change rate of sodium ion, bladder irrigation time, extubation time of urinary catheter, hospital stay and service satisfaction degree in the semiconductor laser group were significantly better than those in the TURP group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The transurethral enucleation of the prostate with dual frequency semiconductor laser is similar with transurethral resection of prostate in efficiency, and it has advantages such as less bleeding, rapid recovery and fewer complications.
