胃切除术后非计划性拔出胃管营养管的原因分析及护理探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze causes of unplanned intubation of gastric feeding tube after gastrectomy and its nursing. Methods A total of 620 postoperative gastric cancer patients were divided into control group (316 cases) and nursing group (304 cases), the control group was treated with routine nursing, nursing group took nursing intervention, unplanned extubation reasons and nursing measures were analyzed. Results Incidence of unplanned extubation in the nursing group was 5.92%, which was significantly lower than 12.03% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Physical intervention can reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation, so it is worthy of promoting.
