不同灌肠方法在老年人便秘导致的粪石性肠梗阻中应用的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate nursing experience of different enema methods for the stercoral obstruction due to constipation in elderly patients. Methods A total of 36 elderly patients diagnosed as the stercoral obstruction due to constipation were randomly divided into group A applying continuous irrigation of water and deeply inserted colorectal enema and group B using conventional enema. Results The difference in treatment time, treatment times and alleviation time of obstruction were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous irrigation of water and deeply inserted enema  has obvious therapeutic efficacy for elderly patients, and it is safe and can significantly shorten treatment time, so it is worthy of clinical application.
