喉镜联合负压吸引装置在气管插管中的应用与护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of laryngoscope combined negative pressure suction device in the trachea intubation and related nursing measures. Methods A total of 60 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation were assigned to the study group and the control group in accordance with the way of tracheal intubation, with 30 cases in each group. The study group was treated with laryngoscope for orotracheal intubation combined with vacuum suction device operation, and the control group was taken with ordinary laryngoscope by mouth tracheal intubation. The success rate of tracheal intubation and intubation time were compared between two groups. Results Patients in both two groups received airway humidification and sputum suction. There was no case of death. The success rate of tracheal intubation in patients of the study group was higher than that of the control group (96.7% vs. 73.3%, P＜0.05). The intubation time was (10.6 ± 4.2) s in the study group and was (31.9 ± 9.3) s in the control group, with a significant difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion The laryngoscope combined negative pressure suction device can improve the success rate of first intubation, and high quality of nursing cooperation is key to orotracheal intubation.
