多元化教育对代谢手术患者生活质量的影响
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of diversified education on the quality of life in patients with metabolic surgery. Method A total of 80 obese patients undergoing metabolic surgery were included and randomly divided into the control group and intervention group, with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups were given routing health education, and patients in the intervention group received diversified education measures additionally. The follow up data of patients after operation were recorded. The extra weight loss rate, nutritional complications, gastrointestinal dysfunction, life satisfaction, satisfaction with surgical treatment and willingness to promote the bariatric surgery between two groups were compared 6 and 12 months after operation. Results The rate of revisiting hospital was higher in the intervention group compared with that of controls at 6, 9, and 12 months after surgery (P<0.05). At 6 months after operation, the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). At 12 months after operation, intervention group had a lower incidence of nutritional complications, higher life satisfaction, higher satisfaction with surgical treatment, and stronger willingness to spread the bariatric surgery compared with those of controls (P<0.05). Conclusion The diversified education can improved the postoperative life quality of with metabolic surgery.
