慢性肾脏病合并亚临床甲减患者营养状况及护理干预探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the nutritional status of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and subclinical hypothyroidism, and to investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on nutritional improvement of patients. Methods The clinical data of 46  CKD patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were retrospectively analyzed. The comprehensive nursing interventions including nutritional support and psychological care were supplied. The nutritional status of patients before and after intervention was compared.Results Levels of hemoglobin (Hb) and albumin (Alb), left and right handgrip strength were increased, and level of serum thyroidstimulating hormone (TSH) were decreased in all patients after intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion Patients with CKD and subclinical hypothyroidism are associated with malnutrition and metabolic disorders, and comprehensive nursing intervention should be carried out to improve the nutritional status.
