脑卒中患者应用康复护理对生存质量的干预价值研究

[摘要] Abstract：objective To explore influence of rehabilitation nursing on quality of life of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods A total of 98 cerebral apoplexy patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group giving general nursing and observation group with rehabilitation nursing, nursing efficacy was compared. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in FIM and CNS scores in two groups (P>0.05); After intervention, compared with the control group, CNS and FIM scores in the observation group improved significantly (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher (P<0.05); At the same time, there was significant difference in quality of life score (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients can improve patient's limb function, and can improve quality of life, so it is worthy of promotion.
